Over the years, she accrued a considerable amount of expertise in procurement, demonstrating her capabilities in managing the acquisition of goods and services for the company. Additionally, Heather took on the responsibility of overseeing the company accounts and payroll, indicating her proficiency in financial management.
In 2022, Heather reached a significant milestone in her career at KENTech by ascending to the position of Director within the company. This signifies her exemplary performance and leadership qualities, as well as her commitment to the company’s success making her an invaluable asset to the company.

Mandy
Production Supervisor
Mandy joined Kentech in 2002 as a production operative. Through dedication and hard work, she accumulated valuable experience, leading to her promotion to production supervisor in 2005. As a supervisor, Mandy holds the responsibility of overseeing the shop floor operations, where she manages a team of approximately 18 employees.
Over the years, she has gained stronger leadership skills, learning the art of delegating tasks effectively to ensure that we not only meet, but exceed customer specifications and crucial deadlines. This role has provided Mandy with numerous opportunities to enhance her ability to inspire and motivate her team, creating high productivity.
